Not too bad today! I'm going to be really sad next week when I have to leave town and start eating at restaurants 3 times a day. Because then the weight loss will stop. Boo.

turkey and cucumber on a sandwich thin, baby carrots
low fat string cheese
instant hot chocolate
lean cuisine and a side salad
half of a brownie (I took the smallest half I could locate on the platter)
