Not too bad today. Also, I forgot to do a separate weigh-in post, but I am down to 137. And counting! I would love to get down to 135 before having to start up traveling again...then I can just set my goal to maintenance until I'm back in town for more than two days at a time. Yay!

15 minutes Wii Fit yoga
50 minutes pilates mat class
Food:
veggie omelet (forgot the cheese again!) with a handful of bagel chips and some OJ
turkey and cucumber on a sandwich thin, baby carrots, bite size baby ruth bar
low fat string cheese
instant hot chocolate
granola bar
lean cuisine and a side salad, and an after dinner mint
