Monday was a good day because no one brought sweets to the office. It was, however, a bad day because Jenny made me do abs in the morning...on a day that I also go to pilates. I can barely move today.

30 minutes Wii Your Shape
15 minutes Wii Fit - balance games and Yoga
50 minutes pilates mat class
Food:
veggie and cheese omelet, OJ, and a piece of leftover rosemary bread toast with some smart balance light
turkey and cucumber on a sandwich thin, baby carrots, chocolate square
low fat string cheese
100-cal bag of nuts
lean cuisine and a side salad
cup of hot chocolate (instant - made with water)
