Friday stats

I decided to have lunch out, but it still wasn't too bad...I did have a small issue with one of the cats in the morning though, so the workout was a bit shorter than usual.

Exercise:
30 minutes wii your shape

Food:
veggie omelet and OJ
grilled chicken over pasta primavera (reasonable serving size)
bowl of special K with skim milk
small bowl of popcorn
