Wednesday stats

After avoiding the aforementioned croissants in the prior post, today wound up being pretty decent.

Exercise:
30 minutes Wii Your Shape
15 minutes Wii Fit yoga

Food:
veggie omelet (I forgot to add the cheese!), piece of toast, and OJ
turkey and cucumber sandwich, baby carrots, chocolate square
low fat string cheese
100-cal bag of nuts
lean cuisine, salad, and a dinner roll w/a little butter
handful of tortilla chips *
instant hot chocolate

* ok so, I love Moe's. LOVE IT. And it was the catered dinner tonight. So I forbade myself from entering the kitchen until it was cleaned up because I am incapable of having a normal amount of Moe's in a buffet situation where there is queso. So, in comparison to the three plates of nachos I would have had otherwise, I'm willing to write off the chips as reasonable.
