Tuesday Stats

Tuesday was bad. And as a result, I had a bellyache lasting until this morning. This will not be repeated (I hope).

Exercise:
35 minutes Wii EA Active workout #6 (hard)
10 minutes Wii Fit aerobics

Food:
egg and cheese bagel and OJ
turkey and cucumber sandwich, baby carrots, and a chocolate square
about 1/2 cup of mocha almond fudge ice cream (people seriously need to stop bringing treats to the office. And they definitely need to stop emailing the whole office to tell them that said treats exist).
low fat string cheese
lean cuisine* and a side salad, a small breadstick left over from the catered dinner that the office provided
two cookies (they should be gone by tonight, thank god).

* - when i say "lean cuisine" I basically mean any small, healthy, microwavable meal that has under 350 calories. Sometimes it is lean cuisine, but lately I've been doing more Healthy Choice and Smart Ones. I refuse to eat meals with meat in them, because the meat tastes gross, so I don't have many vegetarian options if I only stick to one brand. I will say that for the most part, Healthy Choice tastes the best (and has the most veggies), followed by Smart Ones and then Lean Cuisine. Though I do love some Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli something fierce.
