Sorry I'm a bit late with this today...but I'm back home now! Yay! Also, my diet is suffering a bit based on the fact that there was pretty much zero food in the house when i got in last night. Ugh.
Exercise:
35 minutes elliptical
10 minutes strength training, lower body
Food:
waffle, syrup, OJ
banana
bowl of Special K with skim milk
handful of M&Ms
lean cuisine
I was way too tired to work out this morning...i may do it tonight when I get home. We'll see how lazy I'm feeling. Otherwise, I guess I'll take an off day. :)
