Thursday stats

Exercise:
35 minutes elliptical
15 minutes strength training - lower body

Food:
piece of egg, spinach, and mushroom quiche, two mini-croissants, fruit, OJ
reese's peanut butter egg
10'' mushroom and black olive pizza (which i ate all of)
see monday night. it was identical.

wednesday stats

Exercise:
35 minutes recumbent bike
15 minutes strength training - upper body

Food:
two hard boiled egg whites, two biscuits, fruit, OJ
granola bar
chicken caesar wrap and fries
1/4 of two appetizers (fried cheese balls and a flatbread - super small), a small bowl of mushroom cream sauce pasta, and two glasses of wine

Tuesday stats

I'm at work so this one needs to be quick.

Exercise:
35 minutes elliptical

Food (side note: I'm in New Orleans for the week):
eggs scrambled with asparagus and roasted red potatoes, mini-croissant, OJ, melon cubes and strawberries
granola bar
McDonalds (I know) 10 piece chicken nuggets and small fries
reese's peanut butter egg
grilled chicken over a green salad

Monday stats

Exercise: none (i know)

Food:
two scrambled eggs and two eggo waffles with light syrup
bowl of tomato soup and a grilled chicken salad
reese's peanut butter egg
1/3 of a 5 cheese plate, bruschetta, and two glasses of wine

weekend botch

sorry i disappeared on you this weekend - I was in Boston for Jess's Bachelorette party. i DID NOT keep track of my comings and goings. but i did eat and drink a lot. and that's all that needs to be said.

On Monday I weighed in at 136, so I'm fine with that.
