wednesday stats

Exercise:
35 minutes recumbent bike
15 minutes strength training - upper body

Food:
two hard boiled egg whites, two biscuits, fruit, OJ
granola bar
chicken caesar wrap and fries
1/4 of two appetizers (fried cheese balls and a flatbread - super small), a small bowl of mushroom cream sauce pasta, and two glasses of wine
