65 minutes treadmill uphill walk
10 minutes strength training - lower body
Food:
Waffle, syrup, OJ
Banana
Chicken wrap w/bacon, lettuce, tomato, and feta dressing, small amount of fries
granola bar (but it was Hershey's, so it was not necessarily healthy)
O'Charly's - one roll and about half of a chicken pasta entree
Chocolate fro-yo
