30 minutes Wii Your Shape
15 minutes Wii Fit yoga/balance games
Food:
egg and cheese bagel
turkey and cheese bagel
about a half a bag of light microwave popcorn
spoonful of peanut butter (i know)
special K with skim milk
instant hot chocolate with mini marshmallows
not terrible...we'll see how i did at the weigh in tomorrow!
