about a dozen chocolate chip cookies, a small serving of baked ziti, one pig in a blanket, spinach and artichoke dip with baby carrots and bagel chips for dipping, and about a dozen Valentines Day SweetTarts. I KNOW. Not impressive.
Weigh In
140. Not bad considering my fast food only diet of the past two weeks.
Goals
I'm in Charlotte for 4 weeks now (well, as of right now...that may be amended to 3 weeks later). I would like to be really really good and try to lose 5 pounds in those 4 weeks. I think it can be done. There's very little to tempt me when I'm working 65 hour weeks. We'll see how it goes.
