Thursday stats

no time for a big one, sorry.

exercise:
35 minutes wii your shape
10 minutes wii fit balance games
50 minute pilates lesson

food:
veggie omelet, OJ
turkey and cucumber sandwich, carrots, piece of chocolate
giant chocolate croissant (attack of the work treats again)
lean cuisine and a side salad

it's snowing now!
