Blake had to take my car skiing yesterday, so I was confined in the house with little food. As it turns out, this worked pretty well.

10 minutes Wii Fit Yoga

veggie omelet, handful of bagel chips, and OJ
low fat string cheese
bowl of special k with skim milk
peanut butter on a sandwich thin
lean cuisine
