Monday stats

Another quick one:

Exercise:
35 minutes elliptical
that's it. i'm going to try to do a little extra today to make up for it.

Food:
waffle, syrup, OJ
banana
Quiznos - small flatbread salad and a sammie (2 for $5 baby)
granola bar (a real one, not one that is actually candy)
Cracker Barrel (that's right) - two scrambled eggs, three pieces of delicious crispy bacon, and two biscuits with a little bit of apple butter.
