Snack: clementine and some low fat string cheese
Lunch: turkey and cucumber sandwich, baby carrots, and a chocolate square
Snack: granola bar
Dinner: lean cuisine and a side salad
Oops: Chocolate chip cookie from Jason's Deli.
Hear me out on this one: First of all, ti was not a HUGE cookie like the ones at Panera or anything. It wasn't really big at all. My best guess is that is probably had 200 calories. Here's what happened. I went in the kitchen during dinner to ask Susan a question and there was all of this DELICIOUS smelling pasta in there. So I left. I had my favorite frozen entree with me an I was ok with eating that instead. But then when I went in to make my dinner, the tray of desserts was still out. And the cookies were so soft and tasty looking. So I ate one. I'll just have to be extra good tomorrow to make up for it. Oh well. Can't beat myself up over it I guess. It happens.
