I'm super busy at work right now, so this is going to be a quick one!
Workouts:
30 minutes Your Shape cardio, 15 minutes Wii Fit Yoga
60 minutes tap class
Food intake:
Breakfast: the usual omelet, berries, OJ
Snack: low fat string cheese
Lunch: 4 oz butternut squash soup and turkey, cucumber, and cheese on a honey wheat sandwich thin
Snack: handful of brown sugar cinnamon almonds, mini baby ruth
Dinner: made rice and asian chicken in the crock-pot but hated the recipe (too spicy). Blake loved it. So he ate mine. And I ate a bowl of Frosted Flakes with Skim Milk.
