Friday got a little out of control because we had a happy hour for the new associates after work. But here we go:
Exercise:
30 minutes Wii Your Shape
15 minutes Wii Fit aerobics/balance games
Food:
Breakfast: same since Monday
Snack: low fat string cheese
Lunch: lean cuisine, arnold's honey wheat sandwich thin, 5 chocolate covered almonds
Snack: hot chocolate
Snack: cinnamon sugar almonds
Oops: two glasses white wine
Dinner: chicken pasta (made in crock pot)
At least I stayed away from the snacks at Happy Hour, right?
I may have to take an exercise break today or tomorrow...I'm just SO SORE.
