I don't have much time here, so this will be bare bones.
Exercise:
40 minutes recumbent bike
About 5 minutes of crunches...just didn't have the time to do a whole pilates mat workout.
Food:
Breakfast:
Eggs scrambled with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese, a mini-croissant, melon cubes, and OJ
Lunch: a cup of tomato soup and a half (pretty big for a "half") of a spinach, artichoke, lettuce, tomato, onion, mushroom, and feta sandwich
Snack: granola bar
Snack: square of chocolate
Dinner: cereal
Snack: a few handfulls of pretzels
