I seriously did not want to work out Saturday, but I did because I remembered we were ordering dinner in. I also really wanted to get drunk, but I restrained myself and didn't open a bottle of wine like I wanted to. So it wasn't awful. Here we go:
Exercise:
30 minutes Wii Your Shape
15 minutes Wii Fit Yoga and balance games
Food:
Breakfast: egg and cheese on a sandwich thin, strawberries, and a glass of OJ
Lunch: Lean Cuisine and 5 chocolate covered almonds
Snack: cinnamon sugar almonds
Snack: Low fat string cheese
Dinner: two pieces cheese pizza, side salad, 3 (they're really small) garlic knots
