I'm between meetings, so this will be a quick one!
Exercise:
35 minutes EA Active Wii workout
10 minutes Wii Fit yoga
50 minute pilates private lesson
Food:
Breakfast: see yesterday
Snack: low fat string cheese
Lunch: See yesterday (and add an additional piece of chocolate)
Snack: hot chocolate
Snack: 6 chocolate covered almonds (yes, I forgot my afternoon snack again and was famished while cooking dinner)
Dinner: Potato and spinach frittata and a side salad.
