SUPER busy right now...so this is going to have to be fast. Sunday stats first:
Exercise: 35 minutes Wii Your Shape
10 minutes Wii Fit aerobics/balance games
Food:
Breakfast: egg and cheese on a sandwich thin, clementine, OJ
Lunch: Turkey and cucumber sandwich on a sandwich thin and a low fat string cheese
Snack: Bag of microwave popcorn (half of which didn't even pop...my microwave is lame)
Dinner: leftover ziti from Saturday night
Monday weigh-in: 140.
So I actually lost a pound last week? Awesome. If I can lose 1-2 this week that would be great, because I'll be out of town the next two weeks and being out of town always makes it hard to do anything but maintain. We'll see how it goes.
